Mental Harassment by Former Employer
Hello Sir/Madam,
I was working with a software Company in Delhi who develops software for energy and power sector in India. In January, I left that company because of mental and physical exhortation and joined another company who is also a software development company but apart from focus into energy and power sector, we develop softwares for other sectors too. They consider my current company as their competitor. Now, the former company has registered two cases against me one civil and one criminal (420/406) from kolkata which their registered office location. Although I was working in their Delhi office. I was properly resigned from the company and also have proper relieving and experience cert from their HR head. They are saying that I was absent from that particular day and I am accused of data theft which is totally base less as I also have proof for proper handover of data and all equipments. Now, their main motive is to mental harass me. They also have not given the incentive of INR 100000. Plz guide me how to proceed further. Seeking legal advice. Thanks.
