Removing someone on probation without reason on 3rd day
I have question regarding my first job as formulation chemist in a ISO certified chemical company 3 weeks back.
I was hired after a interview in a chemical company, my documents were taken and told to join on next day, Accordingly I joined,
* On first day I was told to read procedure of lab from file.
* On second day I was called told to meet technical head to understand my job.
*on third day I was told by HR that I'm incapable of handling lab all alone and I am very raw for this job.
And told .HR said they will give me 10 days sallery for compensation.
I understood my job completely and told Technical head accordingly still I was fired.
Actually I was interviewed and selected by MD of company as it was small company overrulling technical head which I Understood by communication between MD and technical head.
I'm pretty sure that I became target of technical head's ego. As I was not given any chance to prove my skills and holded my appointment letter back to fire me.
I communicated to MD of company through Linked In but he said there is 7 days probation period, when I said I joined only 3 days back then be blocked me.
My questions :
1. Can I file any complaint with Labour commissioner? (As I was not given any appointment letter)
