Employer torturing me

Hello Team, I was working in a company, and because of bad name of the company in terms of Quick firing, I also started looking for 2nd job or business option. Unfortunately the business I planned was similar to the company's business but I failed to work on my project so I continued with my full potential to serve the company where I got the job but anyhow my employer got news that I was doing such thing and company director blamed me for data stealing for my own business and he immediately asked me to leave but I never did that.I never did anything wrong against company and I accepted all the decision what company want to take against me, company asked me to leave and company's director indirectly terminated me. I was also ready to go through all IT security check but they failed to find anything wrong with be but now company alligating me for data cheating. I am now feeling mentally sick and feeling like I should suicide because My carrier ruined and I have small family to manage but how company's director messaging and threatening me that I will case on you, I will F.I.R on you etc . Please advise me what to do? I am getting message directly from Company director that I will complaint in Police and they will punish you for all. My life is going like hell. Need help.
