Show cause notice by mumbai customs

I ordered a sex toy from aliexpress and it got stuck in mumbai customs.after 20 days i got a post from customs for showcause notice.it says 1the said goods were duly assessed by the customs authorities on the basis of the declaration availabel on the parcel and were seized as import of the said goods by post in prohibited/restricted. 2 whereas the said goods obscene material,import of which is prohibited as per section 292(i) of the indian penal code read with section 111 of the customs act,1962 and the said goods are liable for absolute confiscation.Notification no.1/1964-customs dated 18.01.1964 prohibits the import of any obscene figure article. 3 where the said goods are liable for absolute confiscation under the provisions of section 111(d) of the customs act,1962 and the importer is liable for imposition of penality under section 112(a) of the customs act,1962. 4.now therefore me is hereby required to show cause to the superintendent of customs,postal appraising section mumbai within 10 days of receipt of this notice as to why. A.obscene having assessable value as rs.762 should not be confiscated under section111(d) of the customs act1962. B.penalty should not be imposed upon the importer under section 112(a) of the customs act 1962. finally gave an option-the importer may avail the option of returning the goods(expecct obscene items) back to the sender by submitting a request letter along with a demand draft of rs-500/ issued in favour of commissioner of customs,
