School fee refund

Dear Sir , I am Joe. I got a new job in Trivandrum on April 30th 2018. So we relocated from Chennai to Trivandrum. We paid 45 thousand school fees. 30,000 1st term and 15,000 for books and uniform. Also, we didn't submitted the school application from also. I gave the letter in your Rishs school office on 2nd of May 2018. They asked me the account no details in the letter itself for refund and the school manager told we will stop stitching uniform also. I showed them the proof ( offer letter) also. They asked me to wait for 2 more weeks to check if you get any job in Chennai. Finally, if you didn't get job in Chennai we will process refund. I spoke to the Vice Principal and she asked me to come in person on 28th May and i came on that day and told we are relocating to Kerala on 30th June . Then they told admissions are going on please contact us after 12th June we will deduct some money and do refund we had your account no too. I called Vice Principal on 12th June and she told me to contact them on July for refund and she told it is not sure. I attached the fees paid transaction receipt and declaration slip .
