Collections Harassment

This e-mail to let you know about a horrible harassment which I have been gone through by "KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK" on 12 JULY 2018 I had outstanding on my credit card bill in order to collect the outstanding there was ample number of call attempts was made wherein I have clearly told them my financial situation is not stable now days would request you either convert the bill into EMI'S or you are feel free to take legal action if required. But still on 12th JULY, 3 executives came at my parental house my mother didn't allowed them to enter the house but still they came inside the house and was threatening my 54 year old mother "kaisa ladka h aapka english to esse bolta h pta nhi kaha se aaya ho" this was his words I was listening everything upstairs and have recorded that, after 30 minutes I went downstairs to talk to them and asked them to show his ID, moment I have taken the photo of his ID he started shouting and went outside my home and was screaming I asked him not to go out as my parents has good reputation in society then he replied "sabko pta to chalna chaheai" I have recorded everything then I had to call the cops. Further he also call the cops then the police came, we sat and discussd what needs to be done and that police officer said either you pay them or you have to come with us to the police station, I have asked this question to MR. police commissioner from when the police started collecting debts? collecting a debt by harrasing people who has been paying from a really long time we all are humen being and we all struggle at time but that doesn't mean you will ruin my reputation, since you have ruin my reputation and my parents reputation.
