Inter se seniority in AIIMS Recruitment

1. Advertisement in November, 2011 and completed for Six New AIIMS by September 30th 2012.Last phase of interview finished in 2012. 2. MBBS Students were admitted in 2012 but hospital was not started. 3. In first phase some faculties were given appointment letter in 2012 and joined instiutons. Since no hospital was running, those faculties were given appointment who were required for initial teaching. 4. Latter when there was a need of working in hospital arose, those faculties were given appointment who were required for hospital work in 2013. 5. All faculties, either joined in 2012 or 2013 were from same advertisement and same interview process. A merit list was also prepared by giving marks in interview. Question: 1. Is the Interse Merit will be according to date of Joining or according to marks in merit list. 2. Person from different specialities selected on Professor Post. All are recruited and working on same post. 3. What should be criteria for Inter se Seniority: Marks in the interview or Date of joining?
