Division of property

A-Father B-Mother C-Eldest son(unmarried) D-Son(Married) E-Son(Unmarried,not of sound mind) F-Daughter(married) G-Daughter(married) H-Daughter(married) I-Daughter(married) J-Daughter(unmarried) K-Daughter(married) A had a two story house and a plot on his name.A died in 1972 and B in 1991.D was living with his family on the first floor while C,E,J and K were living together and C was taking care of all them,K was married but stayed with C with her husband.In 2006 C,D,E secretly execute a dead without the knowledge of any sister except K and divided the fathers property among themselves.They gave ground floor to C,first floor to D and plot to E.In 2014 C execute a will and gave the ground floor to K secretly.In 2018 Both C and E died .Now K send the notice to J and D to vacate the ground floor. Q1. Can C,D,E divide the A's property without the knowledge of daughters? Q2.Can C pass such will if property is in the name of A? Q3.What option J had now,she remain unmarried and there is no one to take care of her,doesn't she had any right on A's house? Family follow sunni islam.And are state subject of J and K.
