Judgment complied in the year 2008 has been reversed in 2018 without any reason - CCC possible or no

Dear Sir, I am an employee of Kerala State Electricity Board Ltd. Vide an order dated [deleted] I have been given regularisation in the post of Assistant Engineer (Ele) with effect from [deleted] under 10 % Departmental Quota earmarked for in service candidates possessing Engineering Degree qualification in compliance with the Judgment f the Hon'ble High court of Kerala in Writ Petition WP (C) No.22628/2003 after dismissing the Writ Appeal and Review petition filed by the KSEB and after Contempt case was initiated. Accordingly I have been working as Assistant Engineer for the past 14 years and I have been granted Time Bound Highe Grade also. Now in compliance with the Judgment in a Review Petition in which I am not at all a party and none of the reliefs granted to me in WP (C) No.22628/2003 has been vacated or modified I have been reverted to the lower post of Sub Engineer (Ele) without hearing me or serving a notice to me. Under this circumstances kindly advise me whether I can file another Contempt of court case for completely nullifying the relief granted to me by the Hon'ble court after dismissing the Appeal and Review long back in 2008 without any orders against the original Judgment.
