Personal loan

I took a personal loan from fullertron after paying 7 proper installements on time they offered me a top up which came upto 5 lakhs with a monthly installment of 17k . However after paying 4 installments i vould not make any payments as i lost my job. Now the case went to the collection team who are in mumbai . They started calling people whom i dont know and started threatning them these people whom they are calling stay where my wife stays. They got all these information through social media sites. Now my in laws have to go through this shameful phase where in every now and them people are asking whether they gave their number to the bank people. These collection agents are abusing everyone they are calling even though my number is always online . Now they gave me a offer to clear the loan via settlement of 3 lakh. I could not arrange the cash at once so they gave me a date and asked me pay the amount or the settlement would be cancelled. They also said they file a DRT aagainst me. Need help to know some morr about how can i tackle this situation. I am ready to pay as i wjll be joining my duty from next month
