Absorption of staff

1. DST government of India approved a national facility establishment project in university after receiving undertaking with the effect that the facility will be taken over by the university after end of three years project tenure and its staff will be absorbed by the university by taking permission from UGC or by utilising it's vacant position. 2. In course of taking over and permission, UGC has continued the project after 5 years of DST tenure, but the absorption of staff is not being done only continuation on fix emoulment with HRA is being paid. 3. For providing grade in DST tenure, DST government of India wrote university to take action, but University do nothing, so the staff are suffering from UGC and university. Very poor salary in respect to position are being paid. 4. The commitment of university for adjustment on vacant equivalent post is also not being done, which is pending from April2013, i.e. end of project. In this condition what legal support we may Chase.
