Job elimination

Respected Sir/Madam, I have been working a Multinational company which H.O. and name is Greenseal Waterproofing (M) SDN BHD Malaysia and in India it is in name of Greenseal Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Chennai. I have been woring this company sice January 2016 to today till 27th July. I mailed company a resignation on 26th March as my ceo required.But company was agreed to pay me 30 days advance salary. means beside march i had to got april month salary too. But after 17 days letter i asked to company give me 3months opporrunity to showing performance. Compamy gave me till june last month. I work i gave company some deatils as they required. Afyer completeing june. Company didnt give me any information about my elimination, but on today 27 july they are eliminating on giving message on whatsapp without 30 days advance notice. Please suggest me what i do beside me i have 3 person in my family to nurturing them and i will not get any immediate job. I needed justice kimdly help me.
