My company's director did mentally and physical harrasment

Hello sir, my name is Maulik Patel, working in universal software in Ahmedabad, Gujarat from 2016 to till date. The company do not have any projects now so they inform me to search for a job. but in March 2018, My company's director told me you ( Maulik Patel) is safe as we have other new projects and you are very smart and talented so we will save you. But now he called me personally in his cabin and told me verbally that we do not have work for you to start the search for a job. so can I fight against him for that? Because I told him the same day I want 3 months notice period when you send me mail of it. but they did not send mail till date. The day I told HR that I want 3 months notice period, from that day he starts mentally n physically harassment on me. he told me to sit in the cabin and do not talk with any employees, do your work only, and do not go any another office for lunch take here only and so many things he told me and pressurised me. because of it, I am under stress from the last few months. Today I request HR regarding it but they all are with directors. With me, there are 11 employees more to whom sir told indirectly to search for a job. please guide me how can I fight against it. and Am I right in this case or not.
