Divorce within 6 months of Marriage

I got Married Feb 2018 without taking a single penny as dowry. She was not allowing me to consume marriage life not even allowing me to have a smooch. After few days my first marital night was arranged as first day it was postponed as her side claimed that she has mostly cycles. Even during my first marital night she was behaving very weird not allowing me even to touch. Nothing was revealed to my parents as her requested me. Without my parents knowledge, her parents have booked psychiatrist appointment. In oder not to feel her guilty, as per her parents request I have accompanied her to the doc. After that I left home US to join back my work. She was counseled and attended rehabilitation center for two months. Once confirmed with doctor about her mental status, she travelled to US to live with me. Now, after few days again the same thing started. She neither allow me to touch her or consume my marriage. Its been 3 months already and nothing happened. One day after agreement, we both proceeded and she started acting very strange and weird. Many of the tries went like this. On top of this she started acting strange at home also physically abusing herself for small things and when stopped shouting that she will run away from home or kill herself. Multiple times this has taken place. Daily torturing me mentally and abusing me physically too sometimes. Not able to work at home and no peace at home. Finally took this matter to their parents notice and they along with her started abusing me along with their daughter that I'm torturing their daughter in the name of sex. One day she left home and I have to search for her whole place. One more day she left home and went to relatives house near by. I had to pick her back. She started picking fights daily without no reason or small reasons and doing no work at home like cooking, etc even though she is not working in US. She even blackmailed me that she will go to police and take this until my work visa gets cancelled. As my family was solely dependent on my income back in India and in a fear of her strange acts, I have sent her back notifying her parents. Its been a month already and I haven't heard back from them. She packed each and every stuff she brought along with jewels given to me also. She throwed Mangal Sutra and left the home with in two months. Few things I noted during this process is that 1. Their parents cheated us by providing the fake date of birth on matrimonial site which we used to match horoscope 2. Their parents knowing her mental condition married to me and silently took her to psychiatric. 3. Now they started making false statements and abusing me. 4. We both never consumed our marital life completely. I dont think she will be mentally cured even after counseling. Additionally her body is so weak that she can really consume marital life. Can you please let me know on which or what grounds I need to proceed first?
