Please explain

I just received a call from my relative in India (I'm residing in the UAE ) that there was a court summons against my dead father and mother and all of us siblings by a lady called Anna ( whom I don't know ) . Somebody came form court and informed that we need to appear before the court as a case has been filed . I don't know if it has to do with my late father's business etc , again the server of the court read out my name and my siblings names . I'm a house wife residing in dubai and my other sibling too , another brother ages 26 has just started a new job here and the younger brother is studying in university and the youngest sister is in grade 4 in India itself. Should we go from here ? Can we have a lawyer attend for us ? How do we know what is the petition ? And if it is against my father how are responsible, the lady who lives in that house a distant relative said that all your names were read out and since your parents passed away they were seen cutting the name. The summons came to my father's ancestral home , the address in passport. We don't have that address even in our passport. Also if some one is holding us responsible For any issue with my father and having a case on us, can we claim that how are we responsible or after a parent's death we are liable ? But the case is on us now since parents not there ? Extremely worried.
