Service aggrement bond

I had signed service aggrement bond for 2 yrs but company not provided any Training to me now I had left company without any resignation company sended me letter for submitting 2 Lac within 15 days Bond Letter Whereas the company in order to be efficient, competitive and highly service oriented must have sufficient no. of experienced, trained, expert personnel to meet the requirements of the company. Whereas the company has to select and reasonably train the personnel, impart technique and knowledge to the technical/Non-technical personnel and to make them competent to meet the challenges and company needs. It therefore implies continuity of personnel. The company has to spend huge amount in selection, training & imparting knowledge / techniques. Whereas the employee desirous to serve the company has accepted the offer of employment and agreed to enter into service bond in terms of terms and conditions of employment Letter no. SIPL/HR/YEAR 16-17/ , dated 01/02/2017. Therefore, this agreement witnesses and it is agreed by and between the parties hereto as follows: The employee agrees to serve the company for a minimum period of 2 (Two) years w.e.f.- 01/02/2017 to 31/01/2019. The employee shall be entitled to the benefits as applicable to his designation more specifically stipulated in the letter of appointment. During the period of employment with company, the employee shall faithfully, honestly, diligently serve the company and keep its secrets and obey all lawful orders and requirements from time to time of the company and also officers and shall not directly or indirectly take part or engage himself in any other trade, business, occupation or employments. The employee shall confirm to rules and regulations made by the company from time to time. The employee shall be also governed by the terms & conditions of appointment orders. The employee shall always endeavor to upgrade his skills, knowledge, expedite from time to time and shall not refuse to undergo any training or participation in company’s efforts/ programme to bring about overall improvements at all level. The employee hereby agrees that during the period of employment with the company and also at all times shall scrupulously and diligently maintain secrecy about all information regarding the company that may come to his knowledge, without prejudice to the generality of this covenant, the employee shall at all times keep secrecy about knowledge and information relating to the technical inventions, specification, designs, drawings, processes and any other information or data relating to the project executed or to be executed or services rendered or to be rendered by the company, which may acquire or come to know or come to possess during the period of his employment with the company.
