What type of works are permissible during court stay for no new construction.

Due to family dispute, on the complaint of my brother, Jaipur Muincipal corporation has issued a notice to demolish illegal construction of common wall between my house and brother house, but since the disputed wall at front of my portion was not a common wall but the whole wall was built in my portion as per my father registered will; I got partial interim court stay against notice which was valid upto 11.07.2018 and I was also prohibited to not to carry out any new construction. still JMC again issued IInd and last seizure notice on 05.07.2018. On 11.07.2018 JMC has not filed any reply so the next date was decided for 05.09.2018. Since my house work is incomplete and Commissioner, JMC has deputed vigilance policeman outside my house during day time daily. He always responds to his officer that construction inside my house, not visible from outside, is in progress and local police team arrives and harasses my wife. MY QUESTION IS THAT MAY i conyinue painting, wooden work, electric and sanitary fitting work during court stay.
