Supreme court jugement benifit for a retired employe

Sir I have joined in CR PF as civilian Pharmacist in 1988 with the scale of pay 1350-2200.In 1989 Dept. asked for willingness to become Asst.Sub Inspector pay scale 1320-2040 I have given willingness ,but requested my drawing scale may please not to degrade which is violation of service rule. Further my counterpart with same qualification same governing rule same nature of work indifferent place/dept under same employer ie ITBP(Indo tibet border police) is holding the rank of Sub inspector with pay scale 1400-2600. I am also entitled for the same. Dept did not accepted my request.some given willingness and some are gone to Hyderabad High court and Jammu High court I have not gone to court.both court favored employees application finally CRPF went supreme court against the above court orders. Supreme court did not accepted the plea of CRPF and directed in April 2018 to implement high court order within Two month ie in fovour of employe. ie at par with ITBP scale of Pay 1400-2600. the order should be implemented with effect from 1989. CRPF implemented the supreme court direction .(The date in which asked for willingness for lower scale in Asst. Sub inspector rank) I took VRS in 2014 shall I entitled the benifit regards.
