Harassment of Recovery Agents

I have taken Loan on my Credit card. The total Amount is 1,78,000. I lost the job one year back. Somehow, I have been paying the decided amount set by the recovery agents who calls me. But, recently these agents started raising the voice on phone asking for money. They send there agent at my place and then they call me by saying that agent will not go until you make the payment. The agent has issued demand letter. I have explained them the situation in detail about the job loss plus I was recently admitted in hospital. I have informed them that do not send any one at my place until I have ask them to do so. I have also told them that my mom is Schizophrenic and by sending the agents it affects her mentally so, do not send them. I spoke with the debt manager he said that agent will wait there only until the payment is not made. If you want to lodge police complaint the you do it. So, I said you can move ahead legally by sending letter. They are refusing to do so. I know I have to pay but, right now immediately I cannot pay as I am jobless. Can you please advise what steps should I take to refrain them to do so? Can I lodge a police complaint or should I visit the ICICI branch first?
