Need to file a case

Hi Team, my self nandeesh yadav am final yr llb student. my grandfather died 1972, he got the land throug governmet allotment. after death of my grand father my grandmother and father were enjoying the property till 1982. one lady and one doctoer came and filed a case. lady claimed that diseased party (my grand father)is my elder brother and docter claimed that property belongs to his grand father. OS24/1982 lady VS doctoer OS12/1987 my father & grandmother filed a case VS lady & doctor. our OS DD1992 due to plantiff absent.our grandmother and father left that city. OS24/1982 disimissed 1989 lady went to RA13 1989 she won 1996 oppossite to doctoer. doctoer went to RSA again lady won, CP# also doctor lost and lady won. this is all for declaration RA senior court said that deased person died leving behind younger sisiter and person who claimed husband and father faild to prove as deased person as husband & father so Class 2 hirers lady is the owner that order confirmed in HC of karnataka 2000. ladysold that land to muslim lady 2001 till today 2018 they are in possion. now i have collected all necessary documents i have enough proof to say deased person is my grand father along with i have documents lady is not related to my grandfather. my father is died a year ago now only my mother and i am adopted son to him can we file a case. i am worreid limitation period 12years and adverse possession 12 years ill affect kindly guide me.
