Female bankers rights

Hello man, I represent all female employee of banks, firstly I want to tell u mam the situation of female banker or other departments female is totally different. The official time of bank is 10 to 6 but the reaching time is 9 but due to pressure of work or govt policies, it's convert about 7 0to 8 at night for excess pressure of targets mam all females safety it should be 4 pm because females managed 2 roles first professional and other is home maker and liability of females is comparatively more than male she cook food, prepare there child for school, prepare their child future, and also take care of in laws and husband the other departments like school the salary is very high and timing is very low, other govts departments at least no target pressure but all the female bankers not balance their personal life or professional life and last it's destroy female personal life the and created dispute of husband wife. Plz mam I heartly request u plz help all female bankers now I want to legal step to safe and right to bankers females
