Fraud done by a Recruitment Consultancy i.e. Excellent jobs Solutions located in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi

In April, I received a text that my resume has been shortlisted for the post of HR Manager and when I replied that I am interested for the said post next day my appointment was fixed by the Excellent Jobs Solutions in their office located in Balaji Chamber, 246, 2nd Floor, East Delhi, Laxmi Nagar. I confirmed before going there that whether they will send me to direct company form there or it is just for verification of documents and first round of interview. They said that they will send me to the company in the same day and when I reached after my documents verification they sent me in a room where telephone was not allowed and then a lady entered and said that telephonic interview will be held today and after telephonic selection I will be sent to the concerned Office. I successfully cleared telephonic interview and it was also communicated to me that in 1 week I will be called for face to face interaction and joining as HR Manager in Genpact. And immediately other people congratulate me and asked to deposit 10000 rs. which are refundable after 6 months of job in Genpact. I immediately deposited the money. But now, its more than 3 months I have not received a single call from that Excellent Jobs Solutions and not even from Genpact. I was cheated by that people. Now kindly tell me how to get my money from this fraud company. They are not replying and not answering my calls.
