Normal dispute and FIT

Today in my building a person from the 1st floor got injured by a bike that was parked near the gate that bike was of a person from second floor, the person came shouting and pressing the Bell of third floor where I live when I said to him don't do it again he started shouting and when it was too much I too shouted at him and said u just can't disturb everyone just because u r owner of ur flat and we are living here on rent than he threatened me of police and eventually called the police , the police came and said u are just kids just corporate and live peacefully. But when he went to the person who was earlier shouting he was insisted to file a FIR complaint.. The policemen said you had called so I can write a FIR against us but the future of the boy who is aspiring to be an IAS be get ruin.. So I just want to get clear about 1. Doing fir against a person is so easy.. And a simple FIR can make a student preparing for IAS out of the competition. So How that boy can get free from such FIR in which he was not really convicted 2. How a FIR can get canceled? 3. A person comes shout at u and threaten you by name of police Nd than calls police after that insist that policemen man to write a FIR just because he called the police we didn't? 4. Calling police before the other party make that person eligible of blaming the other party for the dispute? 5. If a FIR is done in any such kind of foolish case how that person can get free from that FIR because a student preparing for IAS can not become IAS just because of a FIR
