Medical student life in hand of greedy management system

I want to complaint about a Medical College And Hospital because: 1. There are no enough eligible teaching staffs. They just hire them during the inspection. 2. There are no sufficient patients as per norms for practice for medical students. They hire patients during the inspection. 3. On inspection day, they will either declare a holiday or threaten students not to raise their voice. If any does so, they will get failed in exams. 4. In spite of many Govt.inquiries done in past against the college, they are still doing the same as they want to earn money illegally. 5. Many of the teaching staffs listed on their official website are fake, where some resigned long back, some are busy doing their private practice and others who are there won\\\'t even bother to take classes. The same thing happened in the inspection done last month. 6. Whenever they get the intimation of inspection or any case filed against them, they resolve the issue easily with money or their political influence. 7. They have their people everywhere. Whenever anybody complaints against them they will get the information before the inquiry starts. So they will hire for the period of inspection the staffs, patients and other things which are deficient and get the work done smoothly as if they have everything as per the norms. If any deficiency money buys everything!!! But in reality, there is nothing. One can get to know about this only if sudden inspection happens without intimation. 8. Ultimately due to these greedy people, students are getting harassed mentally, financially and emotionally by this Medical College And Hospital, as they are under pressure they neither able to tell anyone nor able to raise voice. Their future is in dark. What will they do with this degree without knowledge??!!. In view of the bright future of medical students, what can be done? Thanks
