My HR manage told me program is closed so we are stooping your employment asking resignation

Dear friends... Am looking favor from you.... I am seeking your advise on my job. I am working with Boddy4study India Foundation it is a Nodia , India based organization company registered Smiling Star Advisory Pvt. Ltd. is a Private incorporated on 26 August 2011. It is classified as Non-govt company and is registered at Registrar of Companies, Kolkata. Corporate Identification Number is (CIN) U74140WB2011PTC166875 and its registration number is 166875. Today 7/7/2018 evening I received phone call from my reporting manger and HR they both are informed me that our project Learning with Vodafone closed which was partner whip with Vodafaone India , they are discontinuous and stopped csr program with buddy4study so that buddy4study will not bare your salary now on wards so that We are stopping your services and we unable to pay your salary we will provide you only this 7 days salary along with last month salary. refused and I told this is not a professional way to say we are stopping I asked her give me notice period for 2 months or last month salary , this 7say and 2 more months’ salary as a composition for that Hr is not accepting and telling we dot have money to pay . If you resign then only we processes salary otherwise we will stop . I asked to he send me e mail whatever you shared with me, she refused to send email. I joined this company 1-6-2018 just completed 37 days only due to this company I left my previous company and depended on this .now am on probation period for 6 months . Even my offer letter also they mention Termination conditions: 1. If misconduct or neglect immediate termination less than 1 month notice, 2. Terminate without any cause by giving no less than 2 months prior notice This company subject to India laws to the Jurisdiction of Allahabad High Court ,Uttar Pradesh. Kindly suggest me what step can I take further . Asking 2 moths salary is right Can give Resignation now ( they are telling without resignation they are not processing last month salry) Give me suggestion yours M.Srisailam ph[deleted]
