Tetrmination after the Academic period 2018-19

Iam a Asst Professor working in a reputed college in western Mumbai.My post is permanent having University Approval,Currently I am with pay scale.After 12 years of working now they are throwing me out because of allegation of teaching is not effective.Sir I have Mphil from IIT Bombay and currently pursuing phd with UGC(NET).My students feed back is very good for the current year(2.75 out of 4).The process of harrasment during the month of March 29 2018.At first they give me back dated termination letter with the date written 31/01/2018 and on March 29 they are giving me and with a writing that treat it as three month notice period and my job will not be there that means I am terminated after 30 april 2018.After a week they return the letter and give me another letter of suspension with half salary for 2 months.They said there will be enquiry of my matter.Again without enquiring on 25 may 2018 they have given me a letter that my suspension was cancelled and I can sign the muster from 26 may 2018.But my name was not written on muster register and subsequenly no official lecture allotment was there.Now on 2nd july 2018 they are again giving another letter that I will have to take only proxy lecturer and after one year I will be terminated.Now please tell me what is the legal remedy to counter the termination order.My email id is [deleted]
