Rights in mother property

Hi, My husband has 2 brothers and 2 sisters, his father property is we have house double stored building in that my family and my brother family are staying with my mother and rest of the house my mother has given for rents , 3 rooms and 2 shutters, she gets the rent approx 30k per month, my mother and my younger brother stay together in the same building.My mother and my younger brother they both only using the rents for them self , they are not giving single rupee to me, i have a financial problem, and my elder brother he got my father job he is well settled he has separate property with his job, My mother has property in costly area which she got from her mothers house, I asked her to give one shutter to start any business, but she is refusing to give and she is saying that this is my property i will decide to whom i will give, and the other doubt i have, my elder brother also will get the same share in my fathers property, how i will get this shop in my mothers property. Kindly suggest me. Thanks.
