Work place harassment of disabled female

I'm a physically handicapped female working working at a municipality (BMC) hospital Mumbai I have been asked to work in 2nd shift (3pm -10pm) and night shift 10 pm -8am for over two years now despite countless request to b put out of the 2nd and night shift as there is no commode in the area where the shift work take place no action has been take I put my issue to the hospital dean in a letter that addressed other issues of the department with my signature and the rest of the colleagues no action was taken to sort the problems this was in December 2016 but a chain of harassment which became nightmarish has begun since then I have put letter asking to b removed from shift personally but I have been sent from the dean to the vice dean to the HOD all in the name of procedure my deputy superintendent who was on maternity leave and joined a month back is also now aware of the problem I am being forced to work in d name of final shift till the commode is built from tomorrow in my menstural cycle time with a male colleague despite being orally promised a female partner I'm being harrased and humiliated since I signed the letter that stated the departments problems I have been told by the deputy superintendent who is a female to go ask all in the rotation who would do my duty in good favor saying people who ask you to sign letters aren't Willing to do your 5 days night shift in good will Since my application I've been denied duty exchange while others have received it 3 days prior to the exchange .I have been falsely promised female partner and then not even informed until a day before that I have been allotted male partner I have been suggested by the HoD and deputy superintendent that I bring along my mother for the night shift and he will withdraw the male partner When asked to give a female servant if not a partner i t was said how much compromise can be made for a disabled person The area in which I work has counter at a height that makes it impossible for me to sit and work there is no regulator to the fan and the room is fully air conditioned I m expected to retain my urine for 10 hours in such conditions I have physically and mentally humiliated its beginning to affect my physical health as I've urine infection constantly and mentally I m becoming anxious of working in the same place as people who have tortured me Please help me as soon as possible Please note I suffered from cerebral palsy diplegia/spactic diplegia Percentage of disability 50%
