Violation in building construction

I constructed house in 2017 in bangalore.since there were minor deviations in construction my neighbour lodged a complaint with bbmp. Bbmp inturn issued several notices including one under section 321(1)(2). Subsequently my neighbour withdrew his complaint after I met with his demands including a agreement. There is a clause in the agreement saying that I shouldn't fix grill in front of my main door which also covers lift .since there was heavy rain my neighbour permitted me to fix grill partially to prevent rain water entering into the lift.now he has backed out from his words and again lodged a complaint with bbmp stating that I have violated the agreement by fixing the grill.now bbmp has issued a notice that they want to visit the house for measurements for violation portion.there are two letters to bbmp one is for fixing the grill in violation of agreement which he entered into with my husband.2 one is violation in construction of house the letter of which lodged earlier and subsequently withdrawn by the neighbor . Now my question is for charges of fixing grill can bbmp issue notice for measurements of building which is no way connected to charge number 2. Further the house stands in my name and the agreement stands in my husband s name please advice
