Contract doctors in ongc

Hello Respected lawyers This is regarding few of us contract Doctors working in ONGC directly as contract medics since many years like Many other contract employees in different other sections of Ongc( The principal employer) Up till now every Two years They conduct interviews for the same. We are fed up with this process of reinterview every Two years .. for same job & Same work. Recent development Was at front of contract pharmacist who went to labour Court & followed by to high Court.. regards the same issue of reinterview for Same job & Same work... where by Court have asked ONGC to formulate a policy for contract paramedics..& till that time no interviews for them They will be continued till age of retirement with same terms & condition They are about 47 contract paramedics who filled a Case. Few my queries: 1.can we the contract Doctors also do the same 2. Once the pharmacist Has been given an extension till age of retirement.. next they will be fighting for regularisation of the Job in ONGC 3.Do we Doctor's are covered under contract labour laws or not 4 Do we have a legal standing in asking for the same thing that is extension of contract till the retirement age of ONGC. or till the Ongc formulate a policy for the continuation of contract Doctors & pharmacist...as asked by the court. 5 . Is there any laws favouring contract Doctors regarding the continued services given to the ONGC. In my case for eg. I was appointment on contract for 1 yr initially.. given extension subsequently twice as consent on a plain paper to continue at same terms & condition of contract agreement but in last year of extension I worked for almost a year without pay for one year Joined Ongc Sept 2006-till June [deleted]& June 2009 onwards -i was working but not given salary... stating there has been some problem with extension of my contract got Fed up... for almost year... just persuing them (ONGC) for my salary in the meantime I got my PG in ophthalmology & left the job resigned & joined my PG. To mention The ONGC gave salary After almost a year for that period & came to know Few people got memo for that flaw in extension of my contract with out approval from competent authority from Director HR... After completing Once again I joined back on contract doctor post in September 2013 & continuing after that every two years They conduct interviews for the same. 6. Do we any legal standing in court.regarding abolishing this interview every 2 year as been done for contract pharmacist & given immunity By court for continuing till retirement age in ONGC & there by can claim for a regular job in ONGC. Please guide us on how to proceed Regards.
