Half paid dues

Hello.. Previously i was working in sole proprietary ad agency.. At the time of joining i asked for offer letter employer promised to provide next week that never came in 8 months of employment. He committed salary 25k + incentive @5% on total amount When I got to know about his baseless comments on my character i couldn't handle & decided to resign. When I mailed him my resignation he called me & asked to leave In 2 days so I left.. he kept on postponing my clearance & called me to join again when I refused to join he started blaming me badly for no reason. He didn't provide me salary slip, experience letter or any documentation left me to suffer.. He shouted on me badly when I went for discussion. Which I have recorded he kept on saying I was used to reach late on daily basis but it was with his permission & i was completing my 9 hours work daily. He refused to pay incentive @5% n just provided 2500/deal. Without showing any calculation said meri company meri marzi. My 20000 rupees incentive is still unpaid he just paid 25000 salary +2500,2500 incentive for 2 deals... Because he rejected my notice period n didn't provide exp letter i had to seat at home for 4 months lead me to depression Can anyone guide me what should I do next
