Terminated from job

Hi friends, i was recently terminated from job and the reason he(boss) says non performance, not obeying and he has asked me to resign. Actually there was a contract -"loyalties deposite: 10% loyalty will be deducted from the salary which will be refunded at the end of completion of three years continuation of your service period. In case if you leave the company before completion of three years the loyalty deposite will not be refunded to you ". In my case I have not resigned from job instead the company has terminated me. boss had asked me to resign but i denyed. so he has terminated me immediately without any termination letter nor any money just asked to leave the company. while working i had appeared for a govt job exam and he got to know this. He said you have breached the contract so you will not get any loyalty deposit. but i had not resigned so my question is 1. by appearing to a govt job exam breached the contract?? 2. who is in fault in my case?? 3 what is the process for termination?? 4 can i claim my loyalty deposit, salary for current month, PF or any other dues.
