Contest Held By Amazon Declaring Winner & Then Denying The Prize

A contest Was Held By Amazon India on April 6, 2018.In which Anybody who downloads kinlde lite app & sign in will be eligle to get OnePlus 5T.So I received a mail on April 17, 2018 which said Answer the below question & submit Full Details & Pan Card copy so as to receive the prize. Acc. to T&C within 10 days of the contest Participant would have got a mailer to answer a "QUALIFYING QUESTION " & the last person to answer it till 11:59 P.M IST of the same day will be eligible to win. But No such mail came. Acc. to T&C Only The Winner may be asked to submit Documents like Pan Card. When I submitted the Documents & waited till 1 month no reply came .When I reached Customer care , Different things were said like : 1. It was a fake mail 2. when proof was provided , then they said it was miscommunication. 3. When further Asked question about contest, They said Results are not out & will notify. 4. Finally they said it was question of eligibility. But No where it is mentioned that " It is qualifying ques.& Will be notified if I win.
