Dismissal

Hello I am from Ranchi. Recently, a judgment was passed against my dismissal by the labor court mumbai against which I want to appeal in mumbai high court. I was a medical representative with an MNC pharma company since 1993. I was posted in various headquarters during my stint in the company till the date I got dismissed in 2005 through written acknowledged as well as at times verbal transfer orders too. It so happened that my last transfer order was issued by the company to a place in North East (NE) from Karnataka, where I was working before by fraudulent means against my wish. It so happened that the company gave me verbal transfer order initially to a place in West Bengal (WB) under mutual agreement and when I reported to Regional office in Kolkata in WB to join the said place, the company bactracked from its promise and my transfer was kept in limbo for around 3-4 months or so and later on I was issued a belated written transfer order to an especially created headquarter in NE compelling me to sign without putting under protest beneath my signature. Left with no choice, I moved to the headquarter in NE along with my family and for which I had to attain inner line permit to gain entry to NE. I worked there for around 8-9 months or so and all of a sudden without show cause the company issued me a false bogus charge sheet alleging absenteeism of around 217 days or so and made its own Regional sales manager the Enquiry officer. I attended the first date of enquiry at Guwahati, but the management from company's personnel department did not turn up on that day and I had to return to my headquarter without getting reimbursed of my travelling expenses. All these days I was not even paid my usual salaries and expenses nor even I was reimbursed my transportation costs in shifting my belongings from Karnatake to NE. Seeing my financial sources getting in a pathetic state, I had to move back to my native Ranchi with my family and later on once again getting me belongings shifted from NE after few months without any reimbursement by the company. Later on with no respite, I approached a lawyer in mumbai to file a case in labor industrial court in Mumbai somewhere in 2003 or so and also in the interim I approached Mumbai High court against the false charge sheet/enquiry, but Hon'ble court also did not issue any judgment in my favor citing perhaps that prima facie I was at fault because I was not suspended by the company and in the meantime the Enquiry officer very hastily ended the enquiry ex-parte against me and I was issued dismissal letter in the year 2005. Now I am in a pathetic financial situation as I have a spouse, 2 daughters, old father in my family, and I am still not able to become fully financially independent, but still I want to pursue my case in Mumbai High court and looking for some valuable advice from learned lawyers to help me out of this crisis in a manner that I am able to pursue my case and take care of my family too.
