Landlord not returning security deposit and manipulates everyday

Dear Advocates, I had taken a shop for rent by paying 12 months advance, Owner has asked me to vacate in April without any written notice demanding higher rent. As there was three months notice i didn't clear the stock in the first 2 months but at the end of 2nd month he insisted me to vacate and accept 2 months notice. As the security deposit is with him i couldn't do much and had vacated which has caused me a big loss as most of the stock i needed to shift to my home. After handing over the keys he said he will deduct 3 months rent as in agreement 3 months is mentioned and also forced me to paint the inner and outer walls (done) in spite of pointing that agreement doesn't have painting clause. Now he says handover the second key too then he needs more than a month to inspect (10X12sft) and if he finds everything is fine then he will think of returning the security deposit with the deductions. So far (2 weeks) passed and he is not giving any details of the deductions and date of returning the deposit. He is harassing me by changing his words everytime i meet him. Please advice how to get my advance, i'm too stressed with his approach.
