Employee harassment
Dear Sir,
Employee harassment not by the employer but the senior management who resides or retain in the company for a longer period of time create a gang of people who start supporting each other and harassing new joiners or their counter part.
This is a story of a very famous and renown firm of India.
When person raise their voice the gang target together including HR 's taking benefits of their extra access on portals , writing anything they want during appraisals, where the victim employee cannot revert back the changes , they present to higher management and his/ her year of work is compromised.
Similarly they take the ownerships of others work if it becomes excellent counter part.
Which really set psychology harassed condition.
Person who supported 24/7 has to bare multiple challenges in his work and his day today life.
Please help me out to take legal actions against such people.
Evidences are there with true facts.
Once one we achieve to punish such educated criminals and published, then there must be drastic change in entire corporate world of India.
Please advice.
