Not adjusting my privlege leave as my notice period.

Sir. I am sukhbeer. And i am working in a restaurent for last almost 2 years as a bar supervisor. But now i have got the opportunity as a BAR MANAGER in other restaurent but they need to join urgently means asap. So as per my current company policy i would have to serve the notice period of one months then my current company let me go and then they will do my full and final settlment. If would not give the notice periods of one months so my current company will hold my everthing and they will not clear at all. But . Sir there is a another matter is that. I have my 41 PRIVLEDGE LEAVE BALANCE so if i want to considerd my 30 nos privledge leave as a notice periods so my current company can take my 30 privledge leave as a notice periods. But current vompany dont want to consider my privledge leave as a notice periods. Why i am considering my privledgeleave as notice periods . Because most of employee of this company have used their privledge leave as a notice periods. But i dont know why my privlege leaves are not considering as my notice periods. Dear sir/mam. Plz. You suggest me what is the right way to leav this company . Beacuse i am getting the good opportunity and good salary too. If i would not give them notice periods of one months so they will hold my all clearance.
