People's from my village bahiskrut me and my family

Hello , I need advice and wanted to know can I take legal actions against these people's from my village on below points, 1.I am basically from ratnagiri(Rajwadi) and came to Mumbai to earn and support my family. 2.In Mumbai we have group of peoples from my village.These people's formed some unauthorized mandal and was taking money from everyone who is in Mumbai came from Rajwadi. 3.There is no any details regarding collection and expenditure of the money. 4.initially I gave money to these peoples but when I found it's useless. I rejected to give any money unless and until I get details where they are spending my money. 5.As soon as I told I will not give any money , They started threatening me and these group of peoples complainted about me in my village (it's like infront of panchyat) and they threatened my relatives in village about not to talk with me or not to keep any relation with me else my relatives will also keep aside (bahishkruit) like me. 6.This is since last 17-18 years I am suffering and now it's unbearable.Now I can not take it anymore.i am mentally unstable. 7.can I take any legal action against these peoples.?
