Notice served by company at Onsite

Hi I work in a Hyderabad based IT company. I was sent to Gurgaon on 29Aug2017 on a assignment with a understanding that it was a 4 month assignment. Since I left behind my family in Hyderabad (2 small children and wife) after 4 months I kept reminding the company about difficulty being faced by me and my family. After 4 months MD of the company made up stories that soon we will get remote connectivity and I would be able to work on the same project from Hyderabad. But that never happened and instead I was served a notice of 3 months in 1st week of April 2018 while being at onsite. I told the MD that I cannot be asked to serve notice period from onsite and should be immediately called back to Hyderabad to complete notice period. My request was denied and am being forced to serve the Notice period from onsite. I don't get daily allowance or any allowance for that matter while at onsite. In-fact my lodging and boarding expenses are also not there as I am managing that also on my own. Can you please tell me if I have any legal rights in this matter?
