23 hours ago Dear sir We have a land in bagalkot karnataka.we have a 100/ 70 land which is in my father's name .but the person next to our land is creating problem that it is his land n part of land comes in our land but when survey has been made. It does not crossed our land .& The srveyor also dint gave the report .we had put fencing in that land he freaked the fencing n all a fir was made against him but no action was against him by the police as he is little political person.a case was filed against him in that the court ordered you be in your position &he will be in his position n done decree.even though we had filled tax n every thing Katha uttara is in our name .have built a small two room house have electricity pay bill now he has aquired all the place n he keeps wood vehicles everything in that land .I have asked the panchayat to give water connection they have given NOC also but this person is not allowing us to do anything.as this is in court.he is enjoying our property n insulting us .so kindly give a strong suggested as he should remove all his materials n do not interfer in our land.kindly do the needful plz.
