Termination for taking leaves
Hello there,
Recently my brother's engagement was in uttar pradesh.. so from Bangalore to there.. it takes 3 days..
Now coming to office.. i was one of the best employee from past 3 months.. and was doing excellent work, until i asked for the leaves..so at firt the Team leader told ok.. as I inform 1 week before(for 8days). Afterwards she texted me aftr few days.. that we can't give .. max we can give you is 2 days..
So later on the manager also called me personally and told max 2 days we can give.. as company policies and all shit..
But others were taking much leaves than that.. so it was impossible for me to travel 4000 kms both way and arrange and attend a engagement ceremony., So we left and i informed my team leader that i left.. so se told if u don't report within 2 days termination letter will be given to you. So i ignored that and after coming back to home, i told team leader that i am back and will join back.. so she is like u r fired and someone else is in ur position.
Now the thing is they haven't given my salary for 7 working days for May month
And the payslips and pf details are also unknown.
Emailed to HR 2 times, no use.. Continuous messages to TL .. no use.. I don't know what to do please help
