Cheated by Country Club

Hi.. I have bought Country Club 30 Years membership in July 2016. I was asked to pay atleast 50% amount. Next day i checked the reviews and realized i took a wrong decision. I asked the sales person to cancel my membership and asked for refund but they refused saying No refund. So i have degraded my membership to min period of 10 years and cleared rest of the payment 1.15 lakhs else they would have cancelled it without refund. At the time of sales he assured me that if i do not want to continue they will arrange a party to whom we can transfer so we can go ahead. I kept asking and calling him for same.. But he kept dragging that no such party found and asked me to take a holiday and even then if we want a transfer he will try to find one.. 1. I was told that if i book 3 months before i will find no problem in availability. But they refused saying all full and however the same hotel was available online on GoIbibo site.. I had arguments with them that how come they refuse and i will complain about them.. After that they arranged the room. 2. I was told i don't have to pay a penny for stay in County club hotels but i was made to pay some utility charges. 3. I was told that i will get additional 5 weeks holiday stay in DAE property by paying some nominal charges but DAE person told me, no its wrong if u haven't used your Country Club 7 days holiday stay then only you can transfer it for DAE stay. 4. On degrading the membership i was asked to sign another Terms and conditions doc and they told me it same doc that we signed for 30 years membership only term is changed. But now we noticed even some conditions are different. 5. We were asked to pay a higher amount for 10years however we came across few people who were offered for half of this price. 6. We get calls very often asking us to purchase plots. 7.They give wrong offers to get maintenance charges from us. Have voice recordings and get calls everyday for same many times in a day. Have complained it to there complaints department asking for refund. Who instead of resolution said No Refund. Many more false information given. Please guide me how to get a refund from them.
