Bond (Or Contract) in IT Company

Hi, I am working as a trainee software engineer in a company (around 100 Employees) and I have signed a bond (or it may be a contract or agreement) I don't know what it is but it is on 100 or 200 stamp paper in which it is written that I have to work for at least 2 years and after that if I want to leave the company there are 3 months notice period and if I leave before that I have to pay 2 lakh rupees. But since it is already around 2 months passed but I want to leave the company because there is no proper training provided and no such thing is done. in the name of training I have 15-30 minutes sessions for around 10-20 days and after that, they deploy me on a live project without proper training and expect me to provide them work properly. if I leave the company does I need to pay the amount or what if they take a legal action against me. and also the salary given to me is below 10k till now and I have worked for around 10-12 hours per day but the working hours is only 9 hrs but they treat employees as their slaves. please help me i want to leave as soon as possible
