Fraud in allottment of property

Hi. I am Vishwadeep Verma from Bhopal, in MP. My issue is a Civil Matter • In 1986, I became a member and booked a plot in a Housing Society (HS). • Over a period of time, there were a lot of issues in the management of HS. • More members were made and more bookings done than the available land with the HS • Later, the HS purchased more land. • There were lots of complaints against the Executive Body of HS. Some were regarding misappropriation of funds. Also, development charges were taken from members and no development was carried out. • Looking at the complaints, the Collector, through Commissioner Cooperative Societies dissolved the governing body of HS and took over the management. • The Commissioner appointed an OIC to look into and sort out all the irregularities. • After due course of time, the OIC took out a paper advert with some plot numbers asking members to appear with records so that the plots be allotted to the rightful members. Also the said members were asked to deposit development charges through cheque/draft in favour of the Collector • I presented my papers. They were found to be ok. I was asked to make payments towards the development charges. I issued the cheque and the same was credited in the account of Collector in due course. • I was assured that the plot would be registered in my name after all the records have been corrected and a new executive body is formed. • Later on, a new executive body was formed. I contacted them and was told that after going through the records, I shall get my plot. • After two years, I was given all wrong information. Later I found that the said plot has been sold to someone else • I contacted the Commissioner Cooperative Societies who asked me to furnish proof which I did by way of information received from the Registrar Land Records through RTI filed by me. • The Commissioner gave a ruling in my favour and instructed the Present President ( this president is second after the new executive body was formed) to get the sale deed cancelled and also to get an FIR filled against the President ( the first one when the new executive body was formed ) who carried out the illegal sale. • The First and Second President got some documents fabricated in their favour incl cash deposit receipts. Now my issue is that despite the orders of the Commissioner Cooperative Societies and my efforts, I am not able to get my land. I need advice regarding the same.
