Release of full & final Dues

Dear Sir, I had been working in M/S Madhucon Projects Ltd as Senior Project Manager for construction of Rapti Main Canal in Balrampur Distt. of U.P. since September 2014. All of a sudden the firm issued me a transfer letter in March 2015 for their an other project in Telangana State. By that time my salaries from Dec 2014 to Feb 2015 were pending with the company. I was relieved from site on 12.3.15 for new site in Telangana. I along with my family proceeded to my native place in Ghazipur Distt. Simultaneously I sent an email to Head Office Hyderabad to release my salary so that I could clear my liabilities and proceed to new site. No reply came from H. O. I sent reminders also but none was replied. I made it clear that without money it was not possible to move. Then also l didn't get payment. Later many reminders were sent but no action was taken by the management. I arranged to send a legal notice also but in waste. Many times I spoke to M.D of the company through phone regarding the matter. He always assured me to clear my dues but the same was not cleared. I was much surprised to learn that the management never asked me to reach new site. It appeared that the intention of the management was just to remove me from Balrampur site and my services were not really required in Telangana. Recently approx. two months back I received an statement of my dues stating a recovery of approximately Rs. 15000/ because of not serving notice period of 3 months. Since then no correspondence has been made. Kindly advice what to do. The due amount is approximately 3.5 lacs.
