Non refund of fee by educational institution

Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to express my concern for the study of my daughter Mansi Sharma in FIIT JEE Institute vide Enrolment No. [deleted]. Mansi Sharma has taken admission in 4 years Integrated class room programme (week end classes) and her classes started from April 14, 2018. However, She stopped attending fiitjee classes from May 13, 2018 as she was not satisfied with the teaching system and environment of the institute. she was not comfortable with the classes In view of this, I requested the Institute several times via email and speed posts for withdrawal of my child from the course and to refund my hard earened money and Post Dated Cheques given by me for future programme ASAP. However, they have once replied that since we have signed the clause that 'fee is not refundable under any circumstances' they will not refund the fee. I feel cheated. I have already paid DD of Rs. 40400/- in the month of Dec. 2017, Rs. 2000/- through CDC, Rs. 60500 through PDC (In Jan. 2018) and Rs. 30550 through CDC (in the month of 2018). Total : 1,33,450/- (One lakh thirty three thousand four hundred fifty). You will be surprised that all the payments have been taken before the commencement of the classes. Classes were commenced from April 14, 2018. My daughter has attended only 8 classes. Further, I requested FIIT JEE to cancel her name, since the admissions for the programme are still going on and there will be no financial loss for the Institute. But all in vain, nothing has been come back to me, no reply,no assurance, nothing. What should I do.
