Working in University as Assistant professor

Respected Sir, I am working in a University from last 4 years . I worked with less salary scale they are provided [deleted]+ 6000 Agp but as by government they provided less salary and PF amount is cut from my salary both side . They mentioned wrong also. University political connection is very good .I am just faculty . Recently on Director report they want to fire me just give one rough letter that tomorrow your service end .I talk to register they simply said your behaviour is not good bla bla... I am working as Assistant professor from since 6 years in Engineering domain .I told from last four years you gave appraisal and this year director who is newly joined remark me bad and giving wrong information to management . I didn't accept that letter of service end .I told please email me the same on email id they didn't yet also they are mentality harrased me. How I can take action against university domain .what I can do please suggest.I have not enough money to fight in courts. What will be legal proceedings because I want to do for the others also PF misconduct they are doing and very less salary they are paying to 4 class and group 3 employees. From students they taken 1 lac on average. This are the points please give practical suggestions .I am thankful to you.
