Can employer denied my fulland final and experience latter after resignation

Hi Sir/Madam, The terms of employment agreement says this:- That after conformation except As otherwise set forth herein, your services may be terminated by either side by giving two months notice in writing, or payments of basic salary on notice in lieu thereof. If you are in moral breach of your responsibility than your services can be terminated without giving Any notice period or basic salary in lieu of that. I have resign form my previous company within one day short notice. I have officially send the resignation mail and sign paper to my reporting manager and HR manager. My resignation is not accepted by my reporting manager. I hve mention in resignation i am reday to buyout notice period. Now I have join new company. But HR send me the termination latter and they denied my full&final settlement and experience latter. I was working last 8 year in previous company. How can i get all the document and full&final settlement. How they can denied my full and final settlement. What can i do.
