False dowery and domestic violence case by wife

My brother and we two sister and mother has been falsely implicated with dowery and domestic violence case..during marriage the girls family wanted to give money and we rejected and when they forced said whatever u want give directly to ur daughter so they gave FD to their daughter..after their marriage in 2013 and they started having issue and discord in married life since beginning..and started fighting and she left the house without concent in 2015 she left house. She lived in her parental house for 2.5 years in Chandigarh. and recently shifted to bhiwani another city just few months back and registered a false case of dowery and domestic violence after 3 yrs of living separately in the same city. girls parents resided in Chandigarh untill 2017 and my brother is also in Chandigarh..but just to harrase us they moved to their native place and filled a complaint.. sister's were married long before marriage of brother and still she filled their name..please suggest how to defend this illegal filling of case..no case was registered in Chandigarh as they knew they have no evidence and they can influence police in their local area and we HV to travel every time for this harrasing..one sister in Delhi and another in Amala since 2007..
