Will my father get justice?

My father is a bank manager in a nationalized bank and he has been on this job for over 32 years.He has done his work with honesty and integrity over the years and claimed awards for his extraordinary service to the bank. In April,2017 he had been suspended from his service because of an accusation of irregular transfer of funds for personal gain.Misfortune hit the family at that moment and my father came under tremendous social and financial pressure. But later it is found that one of my father's subordinates is behind this activities and they used my father's password to frame him. This culprit later accepts his guilt in front of bank's internal investigation authority and also clarified that he used my father's password to do that crime. Bank continued its investigation and after almost an year, in Feb,2018, they sent a letter for another hearing for the matter. But somehow on January 28th,2018 my father had a brain stroke due to high blood pressure and he was hospitalized. After more than 10 days spent in the hospital, he came back home but with difficulties in speaking, moving right side of the body. As a great fighter he is, he started work out with Physiotherapist and only after 2 and a half month he almost came back to normal life. Currently he has no problem in speaking and also no problem walking but doctors say he needs more time for his hands to do fine movements like writing. Now we contacted the bank to resume and finish the investigation that is going on for over an year now and still not found him guilty in any ways. But now they are trying to delay the matter and harassing us in the name of documents and fit certificate from doctors. We even submitted one fit certificate from our doctor but still they want us to submit this and that which should already be there in the month of February. And all this time my father is not getting his full salary though we have to go for expensive treatments. Currently we are penniless and if this goes like this we will lose my father who is innocent of any crime. I know there are highly experienced lawyers here, I bow to them and request them with all my heart that please help our family get justice and save my father.
